E6 - Last coherent memories Side F: Prions have wasted away any clarity, only a few moments can bring about any awareness. At this point, the patient is in palliative care. Patients require round-the-clock care and lose the ability to speak. Ataxia sets in, the patient becomes incontinent, and also suffers difficulty swallowing. Vision suffers as the patient becomes almost completely blind. F1 - There is nothing left for me to do but scream F2 - Horrors beyond comprehension F3 - Short lived peace F4 - Confusions beyond repair
