Previously set IEDs were activated on 3:37 PM due to an increased spike on attacks against Omnians with DOE government approval from foreign collaborators. The IEDs were placed while these underground cities were being build and were concealed with the help of agents. We believe peace is possible however we will not let our protectorate get beaten while the other side gains pure benefits. So far, 20% of the underground cities have been destroyed to send a strong message.
