Lore: After, figuring out how the shard worked, they started to upgrade and energize the vehicles and equipment with it. With it they might be able to take back what they lost. They didn't know for sure but they did have quite a few volunteers to help that theory. They had strike force attack Sal Macha (Scratch) and retake it. Before they could get in they were attacked from above with turret and bomber drones. The battle tank's turret faced up and started firing and quickly took care of the drones. They kept on pressing and Javelins were hitting them. One thing about war is shields don't matter but the shard created one withstand multiple javelin strikes and the tank took out the towers shooting at them. When going in the city it was kinda hard to hold them off but still pulled through. Slowly they took the city and they had finally won after many losses and failures
