Story: In 1978, GroupTV was founded by some_guy_whos_here and SMG39. Together they created GroupOne, containing at least 31 channels. In order to expand, they advertised their first ad on August 6th 1978, and that grew the attention of some people. In 1983, seeing the success of GroupOne, they made GroupA, a spinoff of the channel, even saying 'cant miss out on the 26'. In 1985, SLM joined GroupA. Two years later, Group£ was made, with the help of SLM and SMG39. However, in 1989, people started pulling out of GroupTV, and they started losing money. This was solved in October of that year when they introduced a expanision to the UK, France and other countries (now part of the EU, except UK) In 1991, GroupTV decided to do a partnership and make GroupCola (partnered with Coca-Cola). It was meant to be a limited time Group Form, but the idea was scrapped and it was made to be perament. 1992 was the year that GroupA expanded to Latin America, introducing it as TVEspanolGroup (except Brazil) In 1994, things took the best turn when the made GroupH and introduced it to India, hitting about 1 billion rupees, equivalent to 6 billion of those today. ----------------------------------------------------- GroupTV continued to make many other channels, such as telegroup in 1999, I media in 2003, and so on. Today GroupTV makes £/$ 12,000,000 daily.
