they are a group of special forces that help any country with their problems. Rules and stuff to know for using them 1.they are for any country (oololola does not own them) 2. they can only be used to help deal with rouge people 3. the country that wants to use them must only use them inside of their country 4. they can be used against a country if it is unanimous to do them ( this would be because they have gone rouge)
p.s. if anyone wants to improve the uniform they can.
