Ollie was sadly incorrect, Pen-Pal finally got another redesign to make her look more.. early 2000's like. new lore: Pen-Pal/Kittylove is a oc by @penelopedagreat19 for her love of cats. Penelope also made a series of projects for Pen-Pal called "KittyLove Exclusives", whom show more ocs she made based off of the scratch mascots. Sadly, Penelope passed away, and her scratch acc was banned. But an archive account was released, in the projects, there was a little black cat who wears a happy mask in unexpected parts of the series. No one knows for sure who this is but it may be some kind of ghost of Penelope, trying to ruin the series so she can die peacefully. Or it's just added there to scare the viewer. No one knows for sure, but you can check out the projects to figure out the answer.
