A hardlight staff very similar to one from the cancelled Halo MMO "Titan", presumably to be used by the playable Forerunner species.
Honestly I'm not super duper pleased with the end result but I'm not really sure what to change or how to do it, plus I don't really want to work on it any more. Feel free to use as long as I am credited. Song is "Money or Meteors" from Halo Wars
