Wire was born half-clan, with his mother hating him so much she abandoned him on the border. Featherstorm found him, and was bringing him back to the camp when she was attacked and killed by Wolfblood. Wire blamed Leaflight for being mates with Wolfbloods brother, Falcon, who had died. Wolfblood came to avenge his brother and killed Featherstorm. The only cat that wire truly believed loved him was dead, and he turned mean. Ravenwing tried to save his mate, with featherstorm expecting kits at time of death, but she died in his arms. at the end, featherstorm and her two starclan-born kits, Nettlekit and Ashkit, come to Leaflight to talk, about Falcon and Wire.
