My body still hurts, and it sucks. I'm getting more active, which is helping. Nibu... I don't know what so say. I've been terrified to talk to him in case he was still bitter - or even still willing to hurt me - up until around the middle of this week. Nibu saw me, and when I looked away, it looked like I slowly dragged claws down his face. He turned around and went to his den, and despite being scared, I followed him. Nibu was sobbing profusely, mumbling things to himself. Times like this are when I wish he could use his voice. He saw me and flinched, and... I feel so, so awful, especially with what I know now. After a few seconds of brisk talking, he spilled out that he felt like me and Tucker abandoned him when we went travelling, and he then found a gemstone. It affected him so his emotions were pushed extremely, and he decided that me and Tucker hated him, so he then wanted to kill me so our group knows what happens to awful parents. He admitted that he knew he wasn't being rational, and he knew that me and Tucker loved him, but the gemstone made it impossible to think straight. He said that he began to hate HIMSELF because of this, and because of the blame he had put on himself. I know the effect the gemstones have all too well; me and Tucker wouldn't be able to agree on anything if I was more vocal about not liking travelling. Tucker, Bat, and Sparks were a bit dazed after we got home, so it's clear that these awful, awful rocks have massive effects on us. I'm now realizing something. It always leads to death. Dub died on our trip, and I almost died with Nibu's attack. That aside, I couldn't be quiet anymore. Nibu is my son, and I will love him until my heart stops beating, and I don't care what anyone has to say about it. I told the rest of the group, and they're still uneasy around him. I just can't be uneasy when I've seen the effects. I've seen what these stupid rocks do to cats. What he did was wrong, but it wasn't entirely his fault.
Nibu villain arc is finally over!
