It can hold a lot of people and weapons and stay in the air! It is like a rocket, but it doesnt go to space.
I will make ANY weapon you ask, so yea! Also, as radars use radio waves which is a form of light to find things, i made the bottom almost pure black. That does make it a nightime aircraft, but that is also the best time to strike. I was gonna make it hyper-reflective for day time flight, but that would make it an EASY target. not what we want. And, the aircraft has a long nose so it won't make a sonic boom which is another use of stealth. Yes, it DOES have thrusters but (other then the atmospheric thruster) are only gonna be used in emergencies. Hope you like it! Also, as another use of stealth, the ETs (emergency thrusters) are put like that so radars have a very small area to latch on, and it goes hypersonic which makes it an almost impossible target for radars.
