This is a character I haven't used in a while, I was thinking of maybe debuting him as an enemy to Pablo Pingüino, they can be frenemies where they live in the alleys of Jalisco together but often fight over something like food or shelter, or just because they can. Abt him: He's a Mexican hairless dog (Xolo) from the streets of Jalisco, he often sings "¡Ay! Jalisco No Te Rajes" and other Mexican/Hispanic songs. His gold tooth is something he found while dumpster diving, he often says words in plural or just says them with a thick accent. He's always cold and starving, he has to use newspapers and worn out serapes as blankets. Raúl loves to sneak onto boats to look for food, but it's all fish, which he can't stand. He's my first character to be homeless, but he often looks for ways to get rich.
