Hamarkaz - In hebrew for "The Center" is a nation for the RBII universe. Outside of the targeted RP center, it's another province of the Netanyah Impria. For the sake of the RBII's rules, its tech is somewhat behind that of Netanyah itself, as it has mostly 2024 based tech.
