For War Torn 4, baseplates are gonna be a bit more strict than last time. You have two options for the species of your people. 1) You use this human baseplate AND this human one only. The only way you can get away with not using it is if you can make a design better then this one. 2) If you don't want this one, you can use the Scratch Cat baseplate in RPs like UWU and SU (RIP).
