This is Rean, the opposite version of Mattick. He's an angel in the top bits of the heaven hierarchy, being an Archangel. His entire body is extremely illuminative, which is why most of his body is covered with robes, but the diamonds at the center and bottom are as dark as his eyes, so the illumination doesn't effect it, same thing with his halo, which is slightly damaged due to battles against demons. Unlike Mattick, being skinny and weak when it comes to physical strength, Rean is pretty strong, and not skinny at all, he's actually buff underneath all those robes. Fun fact: Rean has Lazy eye, where one of your eyes don't look the same direction as your other, so Rean, as well as Mattick, doesn't always look the right way.
