based of the Celtic migration - some lore - due to the Celtic empire, the Romans would not expand as far as Northern Italy but the Romans would expand in Northern Africa, The empire would slowly decline and fragment into different states and kingdoms later on, Due to the empire, Today Languages like Spanish, French , German and other like the Balken languages would have Celtic words, and I GUESS the Christianity would spread through missonaires going through out the Roman Empire after the romans collapse and Visigoths and some Celts attack and sack Rome, We would have Byzantine which would begin a campaign to bring Christianity to other parts of Europe. so the only difference we have to the normal timeline is that the Celtic language would appear in modern languages a bit and the Romans would influence Iberia, Northern Africa,Anatolia,Greece and Levant.
