It is difficult to catch a break as you wait your turn in line, stylists making their final adjustments to your outfit and their assistants fanning you so you don't overheat. After all, hundreds of people- tributes, stylists, media, and guards- in a single room is not the most ideal, but that is the least of your concerns. The tributes slowly move up the line, and you soon find yourself next in line to begin your interview. Who knows what questions you'll be asked, and how the Capitol will perceive you, but one thing is for certain: you cannot mess this up. You glance up as the loudspeaker over the door clicks and calls your name, though it is difficult to hear it over the sounds of the other tributes. Moments later, a door opens before you, and you slip inside. The echoes of the room behind you cease immediately once the door closes, and you find yourself at the end of a long hallway. As you pad forwards through the hall, a soft and warm light envelops you, and you can hear the distant chatter of birdsong. Reaching the end of the hallway, you push open a large wooden door to reveal a stunning and delicate bamboo garden. You look up to see small birds jump from stalk to stalk high above you, and you take a moment to take in your surroundings, which appear to have just changed. When you walk further into the garden, new flowers and animals creep into your view. They reflect yourself within- your deepest traits shining as the flora and fauna shift from plant to plant, and animal to animal. Additionally, at the center of the zen garden, a massive lion statue rises above a pond, and something about it tells you to approach it. Nearing the pond, you step onto a rock and gaze at your reflection, reflecting your inner turmoil and thoughts, ranging from roaring flames to a calm, endless void. However, you nearly fall over into the pool as the rock begins to rumble and move, carrying you towards the statue. As it comes to a halt, fog begins to flood out of its mouth, welcoming you warmly. Not only it is a statue, but it is your interviewer. As fog envelops you, you hear the dark, rich voice of the stone monument, asking you three, very important questions. It is up to you how you will respond. --- Write a short CRP based on the description provided by April 21. Your interview should consist of three questions. Try asking a range of questions about your tribute. Interviews are not mandatory but will improve your chances of receiving sponsors in the arena.
