Instructions

From humble beginnings as a purely enjoyable site, to being an absolute waste of resources that people still use. I know my friend @AugustTheMerp who owns CreepWasFound already did something like this, but I just wanted to cover it again. Scratch, you kinda suck in a lot of aspects. For one thing, your bots handle inappropriate comments on the site, but sometimes they do the worst job possible. I recently got timed out for saying "I love Twitter" jokingly on my profile. Apparently, that's not allowed. But it said I was "sharing private information". You got the wrong issue there, buddy. I was actually talking about a site with political biases, but you put the wrong reason. I felt so confused until @nikbro123 told me why it's blacklisted. I'm not saying I didn't do anything wrong, but I'd say that's an issue worth fixing. Next is featured projects. Let me preface this by saying you guys feature projects that have, like 50 different languages to make it "universal". Like, what??? What are you trying to tell me here? That a talented game that someone spent 1 year on doesn't even get featured, but something like, I dunno...a game called "Garfunkle's Great Adventure" that has over 10 languages that took only 1 minute to make is worth a lot more? Dude, that's crazy to me. I could make an absolute trash project with over 50 languages and call it "the greatest thing of all time" and it would get featured. That's the narrative you're trying to create here. I just found an amazing game my friend favorited, and I checked it out, and it is a masterpiece. You guys choose the featured projects sometimes! You don't even look at talent and go straight to, "Does this project have over 10 languages?" "Does it support LGBTQ+ persons?" "Is it mobile-friendly?" You have absolutely no criteria at all. Look, Mr. Resnick, we love you, but seriously, your site is just not for me anymore. I'm even considering making Dashbrawl for Ludum Dare 58 only! This site is making me lose confidence in its actual promise from the start. It's not even slightly moving away from the tracks. It's just straight up building its own seperate freaking railroad, man. This site is cool! I like it! But it needs some heavy fixin'.
