i finished watching the gameplay of 'ena: dream bbq' and wanted to make this. Nilo (pronounced Ni-lo or N-ilo or na-i-lo or any other way depending on the person) is a local police officer for Poly City, after a raising crime epidemic involving foreigners she was sent to question anyone and or thing not from poly city (she's kinda problematic :D)
