Scratch: About Your Summer Reading - Facilitators will demo a cross-curricular English lesson on a “summer reading book” -- participants can choose between The Great Gatsby, Romeo and Juliet, Catcher in the Rye, and other popular summer reading novels and create a conversation between the characters on Scratch. The debrief is centered around computer science equity and access for all students and all classrooms, so it will involve discussion of differentiating for different populations of students.
