Scientific name: pectusoris syreni localized name: Cyren average life span in wild: 70 - 80 years weight; 170 to 180 lbs Information: the Cyren are amphibian Demipod species, native to the pool lands. they resemble the average humanoid, except being covered in scales and having a large fin in place of their feet, as well as having a mouth on their chest. they're known for their hallucinogenic singing voice, which they use to lure in prey. the hallucinations reflect the desires of whoever hears it, from wealth, to love, to spaghetti, it'll try to put their victim into a false sense of security before attacking them. many of Cyrens choose to only target smaller less intelligent creatures such as creatures in the animalia level, or even sticking to strictly vegan diets; while the more hostile ones will try to target anthropoids. the reasons for these differences in hunting are entirely just their own preferences.
