For _RoseHeart_'s A Thousand Years CC! Story! My OC's, Greyheart and Maple (NOT warrior cats!), were best friends as kittens. But one day, Maple and her owner moved away and they hadn't seen each other is so long. Greyheart was very lonely. After he grew up, his owner became ill and passed away, forcing Greyheart to leave the house and find a new home. On his trip he got lost in a forest during the night, so he followed a path hoping it would lead him back to the city. During that time, a female cat emerged from the bushes. It was Maple! She had run away from her house after her owner sold her to another person, who her owner didn't know was very mean and abusive. They were together again! Greyheart wrapped his tail around hers, and blushed. "Maple, lets find a home for us to live in together. Humans or no humans, as long as I can be with you." He said sweetly. Maple giggled. "Oh Grey, I always wanted the same." She replied as they walked down the trail, surrounded by summer fireflies. ^.^
