Akvila has given the following conditions to Northbury, regarding a surrender, which can be negotiated: -Sign a 5 year Non-Aggression treaty with all of the Fratrum Aquilae. -Give a war indemnity of ~$250 billion, which will equally be split to the Fratrum. -Agree that UMAR is entirely responsible for the events of the war. -Disarm to a peacetime army of around 150k active personell, with a reserve of 400k. During war, Northbury may mobilize up to 900k. -In exchange, the Fratrum Aquilae will not take any territory, and will exchange prisoners of war with Northbury.
