Instructions: 1. Create a project that has a picture of a dress. 2. Color in and design your dress. You may use Bitmap or Vector graphics. 3. Do not steal ideas. 4. All of the drawing must be made by you. 5. Wait for the deadline and cross your fingers! The deadline is September 1st. 6. If you lose, please do not complain. 7. Everyone that enters gets a love it, a favorite, and a comment on one of their projects and, of course a love it and comment on their entry. Tips: 1. Do not just color your dress in with the block fill. 2. Use another program, like G.I.M.P. or Paint. 3. Animate! 4. Shade. 5. Add a cool background (you may get this off Google Images or something if you want to). 6. Add music. 7. Try your best...... 8. And have fun!
