"The End is Near..." I dropped all pretentions of Sonic Music for this track. Act 1 was already borderline, and I decided that if I was going to go in a unique direction for this Zone, I was going to embrace it completely. We're out of Sonic's world now, and it is strange and unfamiliar, so I think this fits quite well. I think I did quite a good job with the glitching elements all throughout, and I think I gave it a good sense of finality. I even used the motif from the main theme at the beginning. It's clear that I have not yet learned to apply my skills to Sonic music, because *this* is pretty good, while the rest of my music for Eons is rather lack luster and does not match my quality that I see in other projects I am a part of.
