Commander Scowler PRIMAL Leader of the DinoBots, and ancestor of Grimlock Scowler Primal is an alpha DinoBot and the ancestor of Grimlock. Scowler migrated to Earth where he then although being male. Reproduced by shedding metal plates and scraps off of him which then mutated into baby T-rex DinoBots. Eventually enhancing his powers. Scowler then powered down many years ago due to a lack of "Energon" and went into rest-mode somewhere under mount Everist. Later re-awaking 16 years later from an call from "Grimlock"
