ULS Troops quickly mobilized into Northbury. But seasonal storms with thunder caused slow movement for ULS troops to mobilize into Northbury. This gave Northbury time to recover to have 35K troops at the border. This also gave time for them to come up with a strategy to attack pushing the slow ULS troops back to the border
