Instructions

Sinesthesia: A project for visualizing music as summation of Sine Waves Turbo Mode is recommended! (shift click the green flag) If the project is still too slow, try reducing the resolution with the slider. Start the project to play Pachelbel's Canon, then watch as the sound waves are drawn to physical scale!

Description

Each of the lines represents 1 cm when magnification is set to 0, 10 cm at 1, and 100 cm at 2. For realism, use full screen and set "magnification" to 0. Then place a ruler on your screen and adjust the "Scale: factor" variable so that the lines are 1cm apart. The sine waves will then be actual size! Music is a section of Pachabel's Canon in D, edited by Alberto Gomez Gomez: http://hz.imslp.info/files/imglnks/usimg/4/4b/IMSLP189363-WIMA.7c2a-PachelbelCanon.pdf Inspired by ViHart's video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i_0DXxNeaQ0 Scripts for chord were based on @PenguinScratch123's project https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/96098940/ Uses the speed of sound of 34029 centimeters per second.
