SO, (tiny vent, I'm okay now though) someone close to me did something that accidentally hurt my feeling today...and I haven't been doing great as is...and my mind was going dark places...BUT GUESS WHAT I DID! I brushed my teeth a little better than normal, and flossed better than normal, and did my face wash routine I keep not doing, and tonight before bed I'm gonna do some yoga and I'm gonna sleep well and workout in the morning and eat a good breakfast! That's right folks, I'm gonna take good care of myself out of SPITE!
