*If we're all being honest here, the shipping wars are ridiculous and going too far. A good majority of the fandom is minors, although what is being done and said is unacceptable, to a minor or an adult. I've heard some people have been so far as doxxed. From what I've seen, most of this behavior is from Purelily shippers, but I can't deny that both parties are in the wrong and have said/done terrible things. People are allowed to have opinions and ship what they want to, I personally don't agree with certain ships or dynamics, although seeking out arguments and discourse over it is just immature, you can't fully stop people from shipping characters either way. For example, it's highly unlikely someone would go out of their way to treat you like crap for liking the colour blue just because they don't like it or because it's popular. Both Purelily and Shadowvanilla are extremely overhated due to an unfortunately loud minority of people. Most Shadowvanilla shippers I know, including myself are well aware of Shadow Milk's actions towards Pure Vanilla aren't quite 'aww he's just silly!! yay toxic yen maoi!!'. Although, in my opinion, it makes the dynamic more interesting when it's not all just fluff (Devsis give us a Shadow Milk redemption arc and my life is yours). Hero x Villain has been a popular dynamic for quite some time and is present in a variety of diverse fandoms. Not to bring up a basic excuse, but in all honesty, Pure Vanilla has so far been the ancient treated the best by the beast counterpart. For example, Burningcheese is arguably worse, and although it's personally not my cup of tea, I can respect it and the shippers. Onto the topic of Purelily, even though I don't really ship it, I understand the appeal and the fact it is implied by Devsisters. Even if it is excused as 'one sided', be so fr, is it truly? For example, the matching costumes and the dialouge that comes with them, fan service or not. In all honesty, I'm not all that informed on Purelily, but it definitely is there. Not to be that guy, but these are fictional cookies, shipping genuinely isn't that deep. If anyone would like to further discuss this, the comments are open unless people go too far. Hate comments about either ship will be deleted due to me not wanting that in my community. In conclusion, Pure Vanilla Cookie has 50 billion spouses and I would like to be one of them lalala /silly /hj
