This is Mother Victoria, or at least that her title. Despite the legends saying that Common Amoura based rulers don't exist, she challenges that myth with her royal lineage, as she's the monarch of the southern part of a strange & mysterious island called Sentinoir. She got the mother title due to her being the owner of a nursery & also the fact she has a bunch of kids- (& uh... just being a motherly figure in general). Her family is in a MAJOR alliance with Emperor Aiolos & his family for a very long time & the 2 basically considered themselves as well... Family at this point. (Now for who is Aiolos.... Idk lol. Although what I'll tell you that he apart of a Amoura breed imma add to the list later on) Also the weird heart thing is the symbol of the Common Amoura breed.
