Hey, what'd you do today There's no use of living, I'm afraid I tried to find one, that's what I'll say Truth is I just cried, what a shame I said, "It'll be better when I die" Who dares to tell me otherwise? I've tried, I've made up my mind Seeking comfort from their lies They say it's gonna be okay Too bad I'm feeling so vacant How I dress, how I do my hair And my smile is a poor facade Being fine leads to demise What if I fell from way too high? ^^ I know, I sound so stupid now Too bad, how I'm doing? They'll never ask how === poem - smile :) why is society built like this if you're smiling, you're the best of the best and if that smile remains on your face they don't have to ask if you're okay what kind of public display must you make to get a simple "are you alright?" the kind of tears that have to fall they feel forced, so don't speak at all and the only reason you feel like this? the answer is simple you simply exist
oh shh i love writing happy poems fr === poems by me ! === NOTES: The poem "lies" is probably the longest poem I've ever written loll I write poems about either things that have happened/are happening but i promise i'm okay XD When I write poems I usually write in what seems like second person (referring to the reader) but I'm usually referring to myself/anyone who feels the same way
