This is the BEST SSB Refreshed tier-list maker, with all 13 characters (Base Refreshed to DLC 1.1)! All character tiles are now draggable. Press space to cut the tiles down to size. Stack them up, hover your mouse over the pile, and press space to return them back to their original sizes. Click the tier list to change it from listed to numbered and so forth. The numbered list has numbers you can drag to number the tiles (in any order).
