She can only use them when she has certain colors of paint, ill give a list of examples Red paint: Makes herself a bit stronger or sends red slashes through the air (vigor 4.5 if she makes herself stronger) Blue paint: Telekinesis that isn't too strong Green paint: Can heal things those arent all btw but they can be nerfed anyway She has a few vials of paint on her to use her powers, but she'll need to refill them somehow, they all start full though.
