Effect (DO NOT MAKE OP): The character targeted will be paralyzed and not be able to move for one turn. -Crescent: Jester Tornado Desc: Crescent spins at a high speed, whacking any opponent that gets in his way with his ice spear. This means no outside assists or transforming. Just pure fists. No insta-kill moves. It will make the character too OP, and on top of that, it takes the fun out of surviving. You can have 2 characters created by you max, but they can be on opposing or the same teams - that part is up to you. You can only go for one character per attack. Combos are allowed!
