green flag This was originally drawn and formatted as a lyric comic, so there's some weird aspect ratio stuff and some minor parts that didn't quite translate to this format. Hopefully it still makes sense. I actually first started working on this comic back in like 2021, got through the rough sketch and then forgot about it for three years lol. Picked the WIP back up and finished it in comic form last summer. Finally got around to translating it to scratch today. When I very first started I hoped to include more of the song (or maybe even all of it), but that didn't happen -- i might still try though bc there's so much potential -- "Read the praise of strangers" with hawkfrost, "I squeeze the sky out but there's not a star appears", "and I'm working through the grammar of my fears" with antpelt's death... second verse doesn't work as well but still
