This is a PNG image of the two-headed female monster from the MAD Season 2 segment How I Met Your Mummy, which is MAD's second How I Met Your Mother parody after How I Met My Brother and MAD's second main Halloween-themed sketch after Kitchen Nightmares Before Christmas. She serves as a recurring character in the sketch, and she's shown as an overweight, blue-skinned monster with a large pink dress, a spiky tail, tiny pink heels, two fingers with yellow fingernails, and of course, two identical heads with small horns, dark-purple hair, pink lips, sharp teeth, unibrows, bulbous, red noses, and deadpan looks on their faces. She seems to be a clear mix between Stereo Monovici from Space Goofs, Annabelle from Eek! The Cat and Sulley from Monsters, Inc. (in fact, Sulley made a cameo appearance during the monster bar scene, where he's shown orange with a potbelly with a pink spot on it instead of blue and purple), and she has only two lines with her heads. In the Season 3 opening, she appears, replacing Voltron while now having his size, doing a weird dance that's not shown in her sketch. Of course, her dance consists of her smiling widely as her necks go long and normal over and over again. In the Season 4 opening, she's replaced with Mecha Thatcher because she's more of a monster rather than a giant robot. Quite confusing, right?
