idk i might as well Napstablook is Asriel, obviously. He possesses a flower named Boogie. He's not really evil and acts as a sort of ally. Papyrus is Toriel. He retains his whole personality but is more protective then Toriel, as he has his merciful personality but is disillusioned with what monsters do to humans. Chara is Sans. She's lazy, and makes puns. She also hates humans and doesn't take Frisk to Grillby's. She doesn't really like Frisk at all until after they spare Toriel. Asriel is Papyrus. He keeps most of his old personality, adding a bit of Papyrus's eccentricity. Toriel is Undyne. She's much more justice-driven then Toriel. She doesn't like her job, but would rather not put the burden on somebody else. Asgore is Alphys. He's a little nervous, but keeps most of his old personality. He's responsible for the True Lab incident and the guilt eats away at him daily. Undyne is Mettaton. Combining her justice-driven personality with Mettaton's theatric flair, she's a TV lawyer. Alphys is Napstablook. Sans is Asgore. He's even more tired and nihilistic then in Undertale. Metta is Chara. He's devious, manipulative, and evil.
