(EDIT: THANK YOU URCHIN!!! This is one of the first DTAs Ive ever won, so im really excited!!!) Hey Urchin!! I love your designs and hope I win! Also, just like last time, if my drawing doesn't win I'm still going to use the backstory, and it will be used on a different character. Also, Atlas was designed by @_Mollipop_ Aspen has always been a showman. He, along with his brother (Allodynia), best friend (Steam) and partner (Atlas), started a moving circus act. Allodynia would be the clown, making the dragonets laugh and the adults chuckle with the political inuendos. Steam would be the stuntman, the one to lift the heaviest weights and flying between trapize bars with his wings tied to his body. Atlas would be the Ringleader, introducing the audience, getting a few laughs, giving the safety speeches at the start of the shows, and telling them to come back for more at the end. And Aspen would be the magician, flamespitter and swordswallower. The one to draw the most gasps with his tricks. He gained the nickname Aspen the Magician. He and his gang would go along the southeast of Phyrria, never quite interacting with the war on hand but always jabbing at it. I liked drawing Aspen. I got the idea for his backstory because there's fire on his wings and I was watching the carousel map by artisticangel lucas, and I was like "Oh you know, this could be cool," So I did something I have never done: drawn a dragon shuffling cards while looking at the camera.
