I /love/ this design so much. It is all over all of my work for classes and pretty much is my notes in some classes (would put in here but I don’t want to share by my handwriting is next to it ect. ect. but just imagine it being everywhere in my notebook.) I would have done more if this wasn’t the last day to enter and I wasn’t so busy :( Anyways, small small animation with TW’s of STATIC IMAGES AND POSSIBLY CREEPY IMAGERY Now that that’s out of the way- my dump of story ideas for this! -This little one is named Minerva - They live in a possible AU, but probably not of the future of my world Kaladari after the world was burnt by a angry god battle (hence the burnt trees in the bg) and foreign people came and hunted down some of the creatures living there for testing. (I can provide more info and links about it if your interested.) -(TW THE FOLLOWING TEXTS CONTAINS MENTIONS OF INFECTIVE SICKNESSES. GO TILL YOU SEE BOLDED TEXT AGAIN.) The foreign people brought along with them foreign spores and sicknesses to Kaladari that the creatures had never been exposed to and therefore got sick with. These sicknesses and them capturing creatures both destroyed any civilization previously had by the creatures, but also decreased their population by 2/3’s. - After these short-lasting effects faded away, a much more dangerous things made itself known that had been feeding on the land for the years it took them to recover. This thing was a mushroom. This world, being a mushroom world, was a great habitat for it to prosper. It if in any way shape of form interacted with by someone can take control of their body via the nervous system and brain. (Essentially it controls your body against your will, but your still there.) Using it’s hosts it spreads ect. ect. - Minerva is a witchdoctor who works tirelessly to find an antidote, but fails and eventually becomes infected, but in a strange way. She failed at finding the antidote, but instead mutated the spores to be able to connect with others. They become the hivemind. They did treat patients and all that. - (DONE) It’s an Infected AU. I still want to work out more but that the basis. I especially want to work more on Minerva’s story. Fun fact about the land: Gender is dead and the island has lived. Everyone is referred to as they/it regardless of AGAB.
