Grian! -Octoling -he/him -Lives in Splatsville (roommates w/ Scar) -his ink tank would have lil wings on it, and his ears should be kinda bumpy to look like wings -purple eyes,, watchers,, (there are not watchers in this au- the equivalent would be the Judds i guess??) -wields a splatana wiper 2. Scar! -Inktoling (ink/octo hybrid, mainly has octo traits) -he/any -Sanitized ink scars -He was a Kamabo Co test subject around the same time as Eight (they never met though) but managed to escape when the facility collapsed -Uses a wheelchair, it has a "battle mode" where it uses ink jets for propulsion (there's an exception in the battle rules for stuff like that) -Wields a bloblobber (the image maker didn't have on tho) 3. Cleo! -Sanitized Octoling (freed from mind control) -she/they -Lives in Inkopolis (close to the Plaza- they don't like going to the Square, reasonably) -Gem gave them those flowers (they're roommates) -They're not allowed to do turf wars (they don't want to anyway- sanitized ink can hurt to use) so they've gotten really into Tableturf and other TCGs -their eyes look weird bc i left the glasses on accident- -dynamo roller!! matching with gem 4. Gem -Inkling -she/her -she should have flowers in her hair too i just couldn't find any that looked nice on her -Horrible at tableturf but really wants to get better at it so she can play with Cleo more -can you tell i like this duo for some reason -she's very... inkling-y. pretty childish despite being a legal adult (everyone is around 18-21 in this au) and loves turf wars -Dynamo duo!! 5. Jimmy -Inkling -he/him -just a little guy -Works at the Crust Bucket food truck -Lives in Inkopolis (like a block away from the Square) -Wields a splattershot jr. and is absurdly good at it 6. Scott -Inkling -any -Wannabe idol -Lives in Splatsville, loves scavenging for technology parts (he's trying to make an amp) -Plays electric guitar and sings -Wields a golden trash can like the cool guy she is 7. Tango -Inkling -He/him -He's a bit strange, nobody knows where he came from and he has weird eyes lol -He lives in the same area as Jimmy and frequents his food truck
