Kollontay will most likely win due to his fat, juggernaut build unless Partisan is stealthy enough to get the drop on him, it depends on where they are fighting, if it's the woods then Partisan easily will win due to the stealthy advantage he has, if it's the ground zero skyscraper then Kollontay will easily win due to how tight and cramped the hallways are
