What this means to ME. 1. Don't cut yourself. Don't hurt yourself. 2.Don't hide your emotions, just tell it to a close friend that you trust! 3.Don't judge yourself like, "Oh, I am fat," DON'T!! You are loved by someone! If someone makes fun, it means that they feel bad about themselves, so kill them with kindness. 4.DON'T END your life. If you have those kinda problems...Talk to me or go to a therapist! 5. You heart is not a door. Be open to everyone! Be open to other and it may change their life!
