A concept that will be used in the upcoming BTNARRF V1.0 game. Yes, this game will be in the FRCD, albeit the reactor's "fuel cycle" isn't as hazardous as the Foxtrot Reactors. You'll only have cat ears and a tail if you manage to not get TKO'd by the reactor. Oh, and if you get near someone that didn't get affected, they will not be affected at all(other than a mere "What happened?!")
Credit to all respectful owners. To be used in the still upcoming BTNARRF game(though hardware limitations do prevent me from fully making the game). (yes, the reactor is painted. Deal with it.) Reactor and heat sprite have been bitmapped, and the reactor is not the full version(missing key components, not just the water intake though).
