Click or tap the screen to cycle through the slides. This is a little pet peeve of mine. There is no accepted format for making studio thumbnails clear—if you upload a PNG or JPG, the file will appear to be nice and crisp, but as soon as you reload the page, the file becomes blurry. I asked around, and received a variety of solutions. Most of them involve using the webP trick, which is discussed more in this project https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/830600510/ However, many of the solutions didn’t work, or made the site return errors (INVALID IMAGE!?!?!). So, I decided to go through all of the solutions that I received to see which one was really the best. All of the solutions were cropped to fit, unless otherwise noted. The original test image can be found here https://www.imatest.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/01/SFRreg_center_no_distort-scaled.png There are eight configurations that I tested. 340x200 PNG 480x360 PNG 500x500 PNG 500x500 PNG (stretched to fit) 340x200 WEBP 480x360 WEBP 500x500 WEBP 500x500 WEBP (stretched to fit) I used ezgif.com to resize and convert the file. For the WEBP solutions, it is sometimes necessary to try to upload the file multiple times to overcome the error messages. #tutorial #studios #crispy #clear #hidef #test
