Instructions

300 years ago, Marica began its colonization & terraforming efforts of the moon. Tho we did not do it alone, several other allied nations used to share the moon with us in an alliance meant to protect the earth from the gems & other alien threats(long before EPO even existed.....) But they are all gone now....... One by one, they fell. Leaving just Marica to continue on with making the damn rock habitable. It was done by mining to the moon's core, & replacing it with an artificial one that would produce earth-like artificial gravity, maintain a protective magnetic fields, & maintain the weather. Eventually water ice taken from the arctic & Marica's old Antarctic colonies(which were abandoned later on) & ice & hydrogen mined from Asteroids & Saturn's rings where used to create oceans & canals. Atmosphere would be added. Then Massive forests & pastures would be planted, & animal life exported to it to create a thriving ecosystem. & of course, people moved there as well. Cities would pop up, & the lunar colonies would develop thriving industrial & agricultural sectors, & would be home to many national parks built to protect endangered species, & species brought back from extinction. Its human population would eventually outgrow the Marica mainland by the billions, & host the largest Marican city. (It is also........ The #1 single most fortified place in Marica..... Just letting you trolls know) Lunar culture is not very much different then the rest of Marica. Tho a sort of Marican cowboy-like culture has been brewing, as many Maricans agree that moon raised beef is far-far better then replicated beef, & pay top energy points for it on special occasions. But now, in the 2460's. When you look up at the night sky, you no longer see a lonely bright rock. You see a thriving mini-world(which is a nice touch of PU world building if you ask me)
