It sounds like he did a bunch of good deeds, and overthrowing corrupt governments is pretty nice, so he gets to score high on the bar, and get a reward of his choosing. Ig since he took out a bunch of dudes, it could be considered pretty lethal, but they sounded like some pretty bad guys. There is also the thrill seeker aspect that could potential corrupting factor, but it seems like it isn't too out of hand, so it won't really knock him down that much.
