I've decided the current design isn't enough for his character, so I've decided to make a new design, use it if you want. I gave him a staff too, do what you want with it give it a name whatever I think it looks cool. Though as a suggestion, I'd say the staff itself isn't powerful but it harbors the power of Eon in a way so that only he can use it, but his powers aren't limited to the staff either.
