This is the start of a (potential) series of projects where I share some stuff I make that isn't on Scratch. I have some cool ideas and I think some of this is neat to share :D Most of the stuff I share will probably be coding/game-related. The first thing I'd like to share is a mod I made for Minecraft: Bedrock Edition called the Steel Mod! You can search for it on MCPEDL. The creator has the same username, PersonPersonson! (you can also add "/steel-mod" into the address bar once you're on the MCPEDL homepage and it'll take you there :D) I’m also trying to get it on CurseForge Update 3/27/25: CurseForge has a much more rigorous mod submission process, but it’s finally up there as well! This time it’s called “Steel Tier” because you can’t put “Mod” in the title of your project (i found out the hard way through moderation lol). The name “Steel Mod” still shows up when you go to the Files section. The creator also has the same username as me! Funny thing is that you have to specify a copyright license there, so I just specified Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 2.0, which is the same license that applies to all projects on the Scratch website :D (there’s actually newer versions of the license out there though so it doesn’t make much sense to use today lol). In the future I might make a version for Java Edition but that’s very low priority at the moment. I picked Bedrock because it’s the version I tend to use the most and it’s the most accessible version of the game. To clear any potential misconceptions about the nature of this series (basically an FAQ but no one asked the questions and there's no questions and it's not like an FAQ at all): This is me sort of drifting away from making stuff on Scratch, but I'm still doing stuff here because it's fun and the community is awesome. None of my planned projects are cancelled, but creating all of this stuff on the side helps to mentally take a break from those bigger projects on Scratch. I won't share everything I make because I like keeping some things personal, simply because it feels cozier that way. Most of the stuff I share in this series isn't created with the intention of sharing it on the internet or trying to appeal to others, but simply because I felt like it. no, I don't have any social media lol. If I did/do in the future, I won't talk about it on Scratch to keep it separated I like making the kind of content I make here on Scratch, and I feel like I have the freedom to make whatever I want. The age restrictions don't really restrict me creatively, and anything I make in the future will likely stay within the kind of maturity level present in my Scratch projects. If this project gets taken down by ST because it's talking about other websites, I'm completely okay with that and I won't have me or anyone else interfere. I think this should be okay, though because I'm not including a direct link to anywhere. It's kind of a gray area, really.
