Clan gatherings, code and Medicine cat gatherings The Moontree: An ancient maple with a vast, hollow space under its roots, with a pool of water, of which when nose touched to, leaders or medicine cats can communicate with Starclan. Medicine cats of all clans gather here every half-moon. Treecluster: A cluster of huge trees, they seem to form some sort of tiny forest, where a large stone in the center is where the leaders sit. All clans attend every full moon. Warrior Code: 1. Defend your clan, even at the cost of your life. You can have friends in other clans, but your first loyalty must always be to your own clan, as one day you may meet your friends from other clans in battle. 2. Only hunt or trespass on another clan's territory when absolutely necessary. 3. Warriors and apprentices can only eat if elders and kits are fed first, apprentices must hunt for the elders first, unless they have permission. 4. Prey is killed only to be eaten, give thanks to StarClan for its life. 5. Kits will be made apprentices when 6 moons,but may be kept longer for misbehaviour. 6. New warriors must keep a silent vigil for 1 night after they receive their full name. 7. A warrior must be approved by starclan before being named deputy. 8. If the clan leader dies, retires, or is exiled, a new leader must be appointed by the medicine cat(s) within a half-moon. 9. After the death or retirement of the deputy, the new deputy must be chosen before moonhigh. 10. A gathering of all four clans will be held every full moon, during which there will be no fighting between the Clans. 11. Borders must be checked and marked twice a day, challenge any trespassing cats. 12. No warrior may neglect a kit in pain or in danger, even if the kit is from a different clan. 13. The word of clan leader is the warrior code, unless it’s against the code. 14. An honorable warrior doesn't kill a cat to win their battles, unless they are outside the warrior code or it is necessary self defense. 15. A warrior rejects a soft life as a kittypet. Extra stuff a loner manipulates their way into a Clan, only to bring chaos and despair to those who once welcomed them.
