Ratfishes can have any colors or pattern also about the required things I'm not saying you cant make a character without those things it just wouldn't really be a ratfish if it didn't have those things also not saying you cant call it a ratfish it just wouldn’t be this particular ratfish anyone can make Ratfish adopts or ocs and you don't need to ask my permission
